ORDER POLICY & SHIPPING OPTIONS

Each of our Diaper Cakes, Gifts, Centerpieces and CupCakes are made fresh when you place your order.
• Orders are filled in the same sequence in which they are received.
• Most regular orders leave our Buffalo, NY facility in 3 business days or less. (Business days are Monday - Friday.)
• Orders shipped within state of New York will be charged 8.75% sales tax.

Regular orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. USPS will be used for orders delivered to PO boxes, US Territories, or APO/FPO addresses. AmyBabyCakes currently only ships orders within the United States, international shipping is not available.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy for any reason, please contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of your item at for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). The return shipment of the cake is the responsibility of the buyer. Custom orders cannot be returned. All items must arrive unopened and in their original packaging. Upon satisfactory return receipt of your item, we will refund the total price of your order less the shipping fees.
